Every candle is handmade and specially crafted with you in mind. As such, we thank you for allowing us time to add a little extra love to your order. Candle orders ship within 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates and delivery times are determined by the designated mail carrier. Once your order has shipped, all delivery issues can be handled with that particular carrier (USPS or UPS).
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have concerns, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to make it right! Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided, if deemed appropriate, on a case by case basis.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
Exchanges are not accepted on undamaged products. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us for instructions on how to receive a replacement. Please take photographs of all damaged items including the shipping box/packaging materials.
